This policy outlines the refund, extension and cancellation policy of Smash Sports Academy. Due to the nature of the service we provide and the associated costs, we do not offer refund, extension or cancellation.

Membership once purchased will not be cancelled until the duration of the membership. Further, refund will not be provided in any case. Membership can’t be transferred to another person.

In exceptional cases – to be determined by Smash Sports Academy Management – refunds may be offered, but these cases will be treated on a case to case basis and the decision of the academy will be final.
